If you do not concur with any of the terms outlined in this document, refraining from using our services/products and promptly exiting the website is advised. You commit to using this website strictly within legal boundaries, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

Furthermore, you pledge not to engage in activities that could disrupt the website's performance, compromise its content, or impede its functionality. It is also agreed that the website's security will not be compromised, nor attempts will be made to access restricted sections.

Policy on Revisions

Kotler Tech ensures unlimited revisions in line with your specific packages. Clients are welcome to request revisions according to the package terms, with no additional charges. However, the design and concept will remain consistent, and revisions can be applied to one of the provided options. Multiple option revisions might not be permissible or could incur separate charges.

The standard revision turnaround time is as follows: 48 to 72 hours for logo and website design, 3 to 5 days for video animations. The timeline for software, apps, and games may vary based on the scope of revisions. Likewise, functionality and development revision timelines may differ depending on the extent of work involved. The timeline for revising digital marketing strategies is contingent on research, mediums, budget, and overall plan size.

Turnaround Time for New Orders

Turnaround time denotes the period within which your design concepts will be provided in your account area, based on your selected package. For new logo orders, the turnaround time ranges from 24 to a maximum of 48 hours. However, if your package includes four or more logo concepts, the turnaround time is a minimum of 48 hours after order confirmation and full brief submission.

Similarly, for new website designs (home/index and revamp designs), the minimum turnaround time is 48 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission. Note that website development for static websites with 5 to 7 webpages typically takes between three to five business days.

Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will begin their delivery timeline from Monday. If you've opted for an illustrative logo (with illustration elements or an illustrated design), the first concept will be provided within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation.

Collaborative Project Management

Teamwork stands as a project management tool designed to enhance collaboration, visibility, accountability, and overall project outcomes for our teams. Beyond task completion, project management aims to deliver impactful results for your business. It streamlines project visibility, facilitates communication with project managers, and aids in future planning, regardless of location.

Upon enrolling in a project, clients will receive an email containing an invitation to the Teamwork portal. After accepting the invitation and setting a new password, clients can effectively communicate with their project manager to ensure project completion. Once the invitation is accepted, clients can access the Teamwork Portal.

Policy on Refunds

We operate with a comprehensive 100% money-back guarantee policy. In the event that the delivered mockups fail to meet your satisfaction, you are entitled to request a full refund of your payment. Unlike some other firms, we do not impose deductions like "admin fees" or "overhead fees." Our intention is to process refunds promptly upon request, although the actual refund procedure might take up to 21 business days.

To initiate a refund, you must complete a straightforward refund request form provided by our customer support representative. It's important to note that completing this form is obligatory. If the responses in the form are deemed unsatisfactory by us, we reserve the right to decline the refund. The information you provide in the form assists our quality assurance team in understanding the basis for your refund request, thereby aiding us in enhancing the quality of our services.

Refunds are not valid in the following circumstances:

  • Once the revision process begins based on your feedback, no refund can be requested. Requesting revisions signifies your agreement to proceed with the selected mockup(s).
  • If the mock-ups provided are based on your explicit design ideas or recreations of existing designs you shared, refunds are not applicable.
  • The Account Area is a communication platform. You're responsible for regularly checking it for questions, concerns, or instructions from Kotler Tech. Failure to do so does not warrant a refund. Assistance is available by contacting customer support.
  • No refunds for design services ordered on behalf of another entity or by design firms.
  • Refunds are not applicable if you request additional design concepts beyond the package's scope.
  • Payments for PPC, SEO, SMO, content writing, and other marketing services are non-refundable.
  • Delivery timelines are approximate and subject to factors like holidays, project complexity, and workload. Logos are typically delivered in 1-2 business days, website designs in 5-7 days.
  • You have 10 days to respond to original designs and revisions. After this period, Kotler Tech assumes the project is complete and may terminate access.
  • Refunds won't be issued for reasons unrelated to the service, such as "change of mind" or personal disagreements.
  • If there's no contact from the client for more than 2 weeks after project initiation, refunds won't be granted after 15 days from purchase.

Note: Kotler Tech retains the right to reject projects or cancel contracts as needed. Following a refund, designs cannot be used, as they become the sole property of Kotler Tech. The company retains ownership rights.

Refunds

Refunds for projects by Kotler Tech will be processed using the payment methods initially used by the customer to make the payment to Kotler Tech. Alternatively, refunds may be facilitated through other methods specified by Kotler Tech periodically. This approach is adopted by Kotler Tech to preempt any potential disputes or chargebacks.

Policy on Content

Our content policy holds a crucial role in ensuring a positive client experience.

For standard websites and resume designs, all content components (such as images, headings, copy, and text) are to be supplied by the client. In the case of resume design, clients are responsible for furnishing complete personal information, including a biography, as we do not offer content creation services in this context.

For e-commerce websites, we provide around 10 to 30 sample products, and clients are expected to provide corresponding sample product information, encompassing product name, price, images, and shipping policy. We undertake the management of CMS and e-commerce functions.

For layout previews and visual mockups, we utilize placeholder text (Lorem Ipsum) within graphics.
